Please read our Terms & Conditions in preparation for your booking.

The only thing we require is a safe place to plug in our extension lead.

We do not work on vehicles that are parked on busy/main roads

We do not work in pay and display car parks.
If any of the above apply to you get in contact we can always provide a solution.
Full payment will be made on the day that the booking is completed. If the job must be cancelled due to access problems, its unsafe to work, or you have cancelled on the day of your booking, you will still be required to make the full payment.
If you cancel your booking on the day before the agreed date, 50% payment will be required as a cancellation fee.
All prices are to be confirmed on inspection of the vehicle; any changes in price will be agreed upon before work begins. Anything shown on the website is not a fixed price.
If your interior is heavily contaminated with mud, sand, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood, and or has interior odours like cigarette smoke; additional charges will apply due to the extended cleaning process. If you are booking because of any of the previously mentioned issues, send some pictures of the problem before booking so that we can provide a price estimate. If not, the price will be agreed upon the day before any work begins.
By reading these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to our terms of business. Any bookings affected by the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email that you provided when booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action. A missed booking is a missed wage; we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
